Fluentax is committed to providing a reliable and transparent service experience. To help our users stay informed about system health, uptime, and scheduled events, we maintain a dedicated Service Status Page.

You can view real-time and historical availability at:
https://status.fluentax.com/

The status page provides:

  • Current system health – live updates on Fluentax services.
  • Historical uptime – records of past service availability.
  • Incident reports – details on any outages or performance issues.
  • Maintenance updates – announcements for planned service downtime.

Subscribing to updates​

Stay up to date with Fluentax service updates in your preferred tools:

  • RSS Feed: https://status.fluentax.com/feed.rss
  • Outlook Integration: You can add the RSS feed to Microsoft Outlook to automatically receive notifications about incidents, maintenance, or status changes.

How to subscribe in Outlook​

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
  3. Select the RSS Feeds tab.
  4. Click New, then paste the RSS feed URL:
    https://status.fluentax.com/feed.rss
  5. Click Add → OK.

You will now receive Fluentax service status updates directly in your Outlook.
